* Livestream MUST be delivered directly on psu.edu website (or other Penn State owned website) or via PSU's instance of Zoom or Microsoft Teams. It is not permitted to have performer provide their link and to simply promote that link, unless an exception is secured from Risk Management by emailing your exception request to [email protected] Without an exception, Penn State must initiate livestream even if screensharing from performer's link. Penn State should remain in control of the livestream feed and monitor the feed the same as if it were a live performance in an auditorium. In addition, it may not be posted on YouTube or any other 3rd party tool unless specifically noted as authorized.

** Music triggers additional problematic requirements especially related to recording and re-use of recordings.

***This is discouraged, but is possible if over $10,000, the speaker refuses to use PSU template agreement, and agrees to any PSU Risk Management edits.
